HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost to US & CA is free. There may be a charge depending on rates to other countries.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time
As soon the order is processed, we send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. The majority of our products are US based so take an average of 5-8 business days for delivery. However, some products sourced outside the US could take 8-15 Business Days. Expected shipping time for the items is listed at checkout. Note: Holidays, weather & continued COVID-19 Pandemic & other unforeseen events can all cause shipping delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@wordsoflovegifts.com. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
